2nd International Congress of Ege Social Sciences Graduate Students
Ege University Graduate School of Social Sciences was established in 1982 in order to train postgraduate scientists and experts in the fields of social and humanity sciences, as well as to carry out qualified scientific studies. Ege University Graduate School of Social Sciences has arranged 1st International Congress of Ege Social Sciences Graduate Students in 2022. It has been a successful and remarkable congress, with its high number of submissions and presentations from diversified fields of social sciences. This year we are organizing the second of this congress. The aim of our congress is to enable graduate students working in the field of social sciences to present their studies within the scope of an international academic organization and to meet with academics in their fields. Our congress will be held hybrid (face to face and online), considering the recent earthquake conditions at the eastern cities of Türkiye.
- Participation to our congress is free of charge.
- Congress languages are Turkish, English and German.
- All abstracts sent to our congress will be subject to peer review. Papers which are deemed appropriate by the referees in terms of content, scientific and spelling rules will be entitled to present at our congress. An abstract book with ISBN number containing all the presented papers will be published.
- Abstracts should be sent to egesosbilenkongre@gmail.com
- Full text submission is optional and participants may send their full texts to either Ege Strategic Research Journal (Econlit indexed) or Ege Social Sciences Journal (national refereed journal). After review processes, texts will be published (if texts are appropriate for the publication in these journals).
- Participants can participate in the congress with a maximum of 1 paper as a single author or co-author.
- Participants should be graduate students. Submissions should include a student certificate as an attachment.
- If graduate students write a paper with their thesis supervisors or other academic staff, student’s name should be the first name in the text.
- Presentation option as face-to-face or online, should be written in submission e-mail.
- A certificate of participation will be sent via e-mail to all the presenters of the congress.
- Papers may have been prepared in one of the following fields. Our congress is also open to interdisciplinary studies.

Abstract
Abstract text should be written in Times New Roman, 12 Punto and 1.5 line spacing. Abstract text should have minimum 150 and maximum 300 words. Paragraphs should be aligned as justified. Page size should be A4 and the margins should be 2.5 cm. DOCX and DOC files are accepted for the submission.
